Dove with Jupiter Dive Center this AM. We hit Area 29 (near the Center Street site and the site some operators call Lemon Drop). Because the day was overcast, vis was only 'OK' at 50 feet or so. Saw numerous Lemon Sharks as we drifted north. One big one in particular kept buzzing the group at 20-30 feet away for about half the dive. Also saw several nurse sharks, one fairly large.
On Area 51 we were treated to half a dozen, or more, reef sharks at various points on the dive along with loggerheads, green turtles and hawksbills, green morays, spade fish schools, a couple of goliath grouper, etc.
Topside conditions were awesome for a winter day: less than 2 foot waves, 75 degree air temp by 11:00 or so, JDC had hot tea and hot chocolate, wind was mild. Great way to spend the last day of January. Only downside was the sun stayed behind the clouds. Temp at depth was a typical winter 74 degrees
