I found a great deal online, but...the tanks need a hydro. Cheapest I could find was $50(+tax)!!! Others we're $75+. I might as well buy a brand new tank for that price, anyone know somewhere else with cheap hydros? Thanks

Ditto. Don't go to a dive shop. Go to a fire extinguisher place.
