Military-Style Quick Release Buckle?

Mark and I were working on a number of projects for Underwater Kinetics in the 80s. I still have parts of his PVC prototypes of the buckle he machined at the Scripps machine shop when he was a post-grad there. Last I heard he, was still at Deep Sea Power & Light. Talented guy.
