I doubt it's the plumber that's the holdup. I'm betting its that county hasn't scheduled the plumber to complete the work.

Yup. They've spent over $1 million in taxpayer money essentially paving paradise and putting in a parking lot.

They have said for several months that the only hold up is connecting the water lines to the new Well. I did not mean to offend the one armed, one legged plumber or you!
