wow ... tough one

i don't think it's a moray (the snout is too long and sharp)

it looks more like a spotted moray, but the spots aren't as dense

maybe a juvenile spotted moray?

but then it's got those "barbels" on the nostrils ....

Those are normal on morays. This particular moray is an uncommon color variation of Spotted Moray.
 
I don't think its a green moray. I think its a spotted moray. the color, spot density, and barbels are nagging.
