From FB it looks like he flew home to Texas 23 hrs ago so whatever happened , he was OK again pretty soon.

This is sometimes seen in a combination BC inflator/deflator mechanism with integrated secondary DV (octopus), such as in the AIR II unit from Scubapro.

I must admit I had to look that one up... :)
