Difficult to see if claws there in first picture. Maybe Greenmark Hermit without shell. Very little 0.4 inch. See page 66 of Pacific Coast Crabs and Shrimps and another book "Marine Life of the Pacific Northwest" page 313. ScubaK... what size did you see it ?
