I now have 5 dives with the new Tec Turbo Sole and I love the boots. The extra 3 mil of kevlar and my heavy smart wool sock seem to fill up exactly the same amount of space in my fins foot cup as my 7mil wetsuit boot did making for a perfect fit. I found the ankels to be comfortable as can be while fining. the soles to have good traction on the slippery boat ramp. I could not be happier.
