New to underwater photography-G10

I recently picked up a canon G10 with a canon underwater housing. It also has a Fantasea nano strobe. I can't seem to get the two of them to work together, both flash independently, but not together. Any suggestions?

Are you using the build in light sensor or an optic cable? What I can see from their discription is that it operated with units with a pre-flash. Maybe you should look into that as it may be the reason for the delay of fix an optic cable to it.
