I currently use Stainless Steel nuts to attach my wing to BC and also use Aluminum BP. This is causing corrosion on the aluminum ring hole on the BC back pad. I tried plastic nuts from Dive Rite, but they are not long enough. Any other non corrosive nuts out there.

Here's a couple of wing nuts that might be new to you:

I too am wondering what you mean by "not long enough"
Are your bolts not long enough? They can be replaced.

FWIW, If you can design it, I can make it. But it wont be at $7.00
