The tree is located just of the Brockville waterfront ( 25ft underwater ), as noted I'll try to post a picture in my profile and will let you know when it is done.
In regards to the light sticks, make sure you attach a small bismuth weight to them so they won't float. I recommend bismith as lead is poisonous and if they detach and a loon ingests it, it will kill him, bismith is non-toxic.
Good luck for your event. This fall our club did a underwater beer bottle drive and gather tonnes of bottles from the river, we then match the amount we collected and had the Kinsmen match our total amount and donated the money to our local food bank. It was great to be able to do something like this and show the community that divers really do care.
