Nitek Duo repair

My duo has a problem.
Lately it doesn't change to dive mode until sometime during the dive. Sometimes at the beginning, sometimes 5-10 minutes into the dive. What is the cost and repair turnaround for this problem and is it even possible to repair?

Try putting a new battery in it. Mine does all kinds of weird stuff when the battery gets low. Otherwise, I'm sure Dive Rite will help ya out
