Non-existent EU support

Has anyone any infirmation about a Shearwater service center in the European Union?
On the website they still state their EU center is in the UK, but the Brexit is a done deal for quite a for years now, so any package from the EU is falling under custom, so a lot of carriers don’t even accept packages to be send for repair.

It’s quite hard to imagine their they don’t make up a solution in the past 2-3 years, but still we cannot found anything.

There's a form on the Shearwater website you can fill out with details of your computer's problems. Presumably they'll get back to you with instructions on getting it serviced.

They are still using Narked at 90 for EMEA servicing, from here: FAQs & Support | Tec Dive Computer Help & Troubleshooting

All of their Sales/Service is/was UK based, when UK was still in the EU. I'm assuming it's quite difficult to just spin up a new vendor. I would email them and ask.

Yeah, but you are not in EU, which makes it different for you. OP is asking about EU based support, to avoid hassle with customs

But the UK is not in the EU either!

And we can get hassle with the customs here too on occasion.

It might be useful for the OP to mention exactly what he needs from Shearwater.

Seems that the EU have a special purgatory for the UK to punish it for daring to leave the United States of Europe.
