CAPE BRETON, Nova Scotia, Canada (13 Feb 2005) -- A recreational scuba diver has died scuba diving in Cape Breton.

According to police, a 39-year-old man died while scuba diving at St. Anne's Bay in Englishtown.

The victim was taken to hospital in Baddeck where he was pronounced dead.

The RCMP did not give additional details about the scuba diving accident.
