OFWF Opt-in?

Why is the Ontario Fresh Water Freaks section the only regional section which requires you to join it's group to have access to it?

Also, why is it the only opt-in group that requires moderator approval to join?

Um ... because we got tired of the trolls, and decided to see if perhaps we could keep them out long enough to make the board useful to the many members who felt too intimidated to be active there ...
