Question Olympus OMD EM-5 shutter stuck closed

Has anyone had their olympus omd em-5 shutter stuck closed or know one that had and got it fixed? My spare camera shutter got stuck closed and wouldn't budge. I get a dark screen and can't do anything. I have searched on the internet but the very little information there didn't help. Please let me know if you had this experience and how you got the camera to work again.

Try removing the battery. Then put in a fresh battery after several minutes. Try tapping the camera. Unfortunately this is not a good thing to happen.
