Exercising and keeping fit is good for scuba diving.
On the other hand, « strenuous » exercise appears to be a risk factor for DCS.
If someone practices jogging 30 minutes every day, and scuba dives every day, is there any scientific evidence to establish the ideal interval between jogging and diving ?
