Hoping to experience this phenomena

I'm told about 3 days after full moon is best to see ostracods? Full moon is 10th and we fortunately arrive 13th so in luck and best night to experience?

I've read 45 min after sunset and moon hasn't risen yet? Stay near gorgonians and coral and not too deep?

Ostracods - World's Most Romantic Dive

Sunset on 13th would be 6:49 so in water around 7:30ish?

I was told Oil Slick leap best area to experience.

Any time from the 12th or 13th through the 25th should be fine. 45mins after sunset is good. Oil Slick should be fine...we've even seen them between Buddy Dive and Sand Dollar. Any site with no shore lights should be good. Be sure your lights are off for 5 mins is so to let your eyes get really dark-adapted.
