I haven't been diving there, but my fiance has. I will check with her tonight and see who she recommends.

She dove with John Pieno at Teache's Layer which in Hatteras, NC and had good things to say about the experience.

She also said to stick to the south side of the Cape for warmer water. He is with Outer Banks Diving and the phone number is 252-986-1056.
