You will need to decide if you want good service or a good product.

I can think of several companies that won't force you to make that choice ... DSS, HOG, Halcyon, and Dive Rite being the ones most applicable to the OP's needs.

If durability is what you're looking for, I can personally attest to the DSS Torus ... mine's got well over 1200 dives on it, and looking like I can probably get that many more before I have to retire it ...

From my experience, DR's customer service is A+, and I have not heard much good on "O".

Since others have brough it up, I will also chime in on HOG. I have nothing but the best to say regarding their products, and their attention to the customer. I regrettably had a problem with a product, and withing 1 hour had confirmation of a remedy, and the dealer followed up after that. Problems can happen, and the folks at HOG went beyond my biggest expectations to help me out.

I think their warranty (10 year pinch coverage) speaks for itself in how the believe in their products.

I'd truly expand your selection to include them.
