From Dan Weyant...

There will be a short memorial service in honor of Richard Mork on Saturday, January 17th, at Jackson Blue at 2:00 pm.

Anyone that would like to say a few words in honor of Richard is invited to speak.

At the conclusion of the service, we will be placing a small memorial plaque in Richard's honor in Jackson Blue. If possible, I would like to video tape the placement for his parents. If anyone would be able/willing to do that, I would greatly appreciate it.

Anyone that would like to attend to help us honor Richard's memory is welcome.

You can e-mail me if you have any questions dan@weyant.net

In Memory of
Richard Mork
1969 - 2008

Those wishing to see the video in a little higher res can view it at this link, Door County Diving on Vimeo , on my Vimeo site. Of course you'll have to watch the whole thing. (about 30 minutes) Richard appears in the opening and the footage from the E.R. Williams and Daniel Lyons. He was a nice guy and squared away under the waves.

Jim

Thanks for the reminder

He had the most amazing, infectious smile.

Prayers to his family as today must be so very hard for them.

I'm constantly reminded of Richard - for some strange reason, right after his death I started receiving email messages, every few weeks, from a class reunion type of website asking me if I remember Richard - Never went to school with him, don't know why I'm getting them - but I'll take that moment and smile to remember Richard...:rose:

My heart goes out to all that loved and miss him.
