Pretty slow lens, so less attractive for non-strobe photography. Don't know about macro capability yet, but I could foresee the long zoom range (and thus possible long lens extension) posing a problem for housings.
Besides, there's always the RX100 mk II or III if 4K isn't an absolute must. Or the Panasonic LX100.
