Hey guys,

I'm about to install p-valve on my drysuit. Is there any better location that inner thigh specific to sidemount?

I don't see how any specific tank configuration would have anything to do with pee valve location. Tanks are no where near your inner thigh. I could see how thigh pockets could be affected, but not a pee valve.

Positon matters, if too far in it will rub on the other leg which is annoying and can open/close the valve. If too far out it can catch on line and stuff and rub on tanks which is annoying and can open/close the valve.

When adding stages, it eventually round-mounts. So not too far outside, but not too far inside that it rubs on your other leg...

Mine is on the inside thigh right leg mid way between groin & knee.
Placed it there while back mount diving.
If I take center front of thigh as 12:00 o-clock, mine's at about 10:30.
Has made not difference since I switched to sidemount 2 years ago.
I carry two 80 alums & a 40 alum on rare occasions with no issues.
