i would like to know if any have use this light.
any bad or good point to consider??

The HID flashlight uses non-rechargeable batteries. Depending on where, how often, and long you plan to use it, rechargeable batteries might be a more economical and convenient option.

The least expensive Phantom I'm finding is $495 ... you can find a 10watt HID for close to that... less than that used.

i saw the dive rite light after i post here

it seen to work whit normal batteries so maybe it could be a better way to get a hold on a good dive light ...
