Can't go wrong with any of the three. No one can make that decision for you because they are all different, however here is my $.02
Turks - Great boat, good caribbean diving.
Galapagos - Great boat, great diving with the big stuff & outstanding land tours.
Cocos - Nice boat, but a little worn. Great diving with the big stuff, some say better than the Galapagos. No land tours.

We are booked on the T&C over 12/30/06 - 1/6/07.
Our LDS runs trips to the Gallapogos on the Aggressor and we would love to make that trip as well.

I plan on doing all three at some point. But I think the Cocos may be my first choice. I dont think you could go wrong with any of your choices though
I'd go for Galapagos first choice with Cocos second !

I've looked at the Aggressor trips, but honestly they seem sooo expensive. Has anyone had a great experience with a live aboard that was on the less expensive side?
Look into Nekton. Also consider Sail Juliet, but the Juliet is almost exclusively sold out to dive stores.
