I have Canon Powershot SD60 with Canon WP-DC32 housing... hey hey I heard some snickers... It's just a beginning for me

I am looking for combo flash for pictures and light for video basically Stroke/light for my camera?

Also I am looking for better HD Video camera that take amazing picture as well that has good housing as well? Any recommendation?
