Private Group Access outstanding for about a month??

I requested access to the "DIR Practitioners" group about a month ago and still no word on access?

It doesn't look like the group moderator is actively monitoring or moderating the group anymore?

Can someone else give me access and maybe also appoint an active moderator/admin?
