Puerto Vallarta advice

We will be in PV over the Thanksgiving holiday. My 16 year old daughter would like to dive and really wants a chance to see Manta Rays. Would we have a significantly better chance to see Mantas at El Morro or would Las Marietas be just as good? Any other sites known for Mantas? Any other advice comparing the two sites would be much appreciated. We will probably drive from Nuevo to Puta de Mita to shorten the boat ride. Anyone have experience with Dressel Divers out of PDM?

So how was your trip? We are going to PV this February and staying at Iberostar. Dressel divers are located there. I will be diving and the wife taking the Scuba Diver class with them.
