However, since you guys keep bringing the US up, check TSA's own rules on security bags: Liquids Rule

My question still remains, are the security bags used at the airport in Grand Cayman?

You seem to be assuming that TSA reads and follows its own rules. The evidence for this is not overwhelming.
 
That could be true, but, but your TSA does not concern me. I am not traveling to the US.
