Does anyone know how this is supposed to work quickly? I am so baffled by this. I know how to set it up, but not so sure how it is supposed to quickly adjust once set up. Pictures or a video would help.

Thanks. I understand how to install it. I just don't know how it adjusts the length of the strap "quickly"
