... Also, if I do ever grab the wrong bottle, hopefully the large label with cause someone to see the mod and warn me in time.

How quickly can you do imperical to metric conversions in your head? My MOD's are all in meters. Maybe I 'forgot' to update the content tape from the last dive.
 
My point was not to be in a situation where you have to use someone else's bailout gas. Unless of course you all planned it that way and thus there should be no surprise.
 
A very informative video, I thought. One of the few times you'd be able to catch that (having a ROV around).
 
I'm curious, would it be worth it to put a MOD tag on the regulator hose next to the second stage as well as on the tank right before a dive?

This is an ANDI standard. and has been for almost 20 years.. While we don;t list the MOD directly we do list the Gas Percentage.. This would alert the diver ahead of a bad switch and any diver around them that sees it that a wrong gas might be being used..
