We use XTAR D26 as a primary light for cave diving.
It is not expensive, seems to be reliable, has goodman handle option, bright enough.
And it has already been tested in 90 meters.

Do you have a link for the Goodman handle you use for the D26?

I recently got an Oxycheq Raider 1 light sock soft Goodman for my D26 and REALLY like it, but I like to keep up with what other options there are.

Unfortunately I do not have a link, but I will upload a photo.
It is made from delrin and stainless steel.

I have forgotten to upload the photo.
