    # of Dives: I just don't log dives
    Location: 40Žº 34'N -3Žº 55'W
In the next few days I will be operated on after having been diagnosed with an inguinal hernia.

    Any advice on recuperation techniques?

When I don't dive I run every day. Not looking forward to losing fitness or my work because of this.

    All comments welcome.
