My AL Legend LX Supreme has honked from day one. DRIS reg guy looked it over for me a second time and it's fine.

Sounds like a goose that's been stomped. Sometimes startles people when I'm breathing on my reg to make sure everything is fine when assembling my gear. I'm just used to it.
I've never heard the sound of a goose being stomped, but I have stepped on a duck.*

*Caddy Shack / Rodney Dangerfield reference that few will recognize, but I couldn't resist.

Yeah. My 2nd stage "flutters" and always did (bought it used 12 years ago). "It musta been something before electricity".

My primary second stage wheezes/squawks when checking it topside & always has. It's quiet below. Usually gets a few looks in a boat (after which I sometimes notice others begin checking their regs, too).
