Repair or trade up for Canon G-10

Anyone know of a Canon trade in trade up program for a G-10 that has the lens error and lens frozen in out position?
I've tried all the recommended steps short of taking it apart.

edit: I think they recently changed that program.

You may have to call and ask about "trading" in an old camera.
