They wrote the book on underwater cinematography. RIP Ron.

Sad to read this. My condolences to Valerie, family and friends of Ron.

Sad news, what fun we had diving together, our love to Valerie and Family and friends, Love, Bob and Susanne

Just heard a terrible loss my heart goes out to Val and his family. I met them on the Gold Coast many years ago, he was a huge inspiration to so many Australian divers and many others around the world. He was such a generous man with his time a true gentleman he will be sorely missed.

He was a huge inspiration to many US divers, like myself. Time and age did what a GW couldn't do so many years ago. RIP Ron. Condolences to the family.

A very humble person. Did so much for the underwater environment, especially the protection of sharks. RIP. Our thoughts to Valerie.
