RX-100 nauticam front dial

Hey all, having some issues with the front dial not gripping the lens rings. It may be successful, 1 in 10 times I've tried to use the front dial.

Anyone have any answers or experiencing this kind of problem with theirs?

No major issues however the dial itself sometimes slides with the camera outside the housing
Try gently in the opposite direction and then in the direction you need it to go

Alex from Nauticam said to me on the French Salon de la plongée in Paris
That sometime the ring inside the housing have to be return (turn face to back)
Sorry I do not know all english words to be understood

That's it .... flipped around because of human mistake in mounting chain
hope my sentence is good

So remove the ring and flip it around

I see now why there is a complete set of allen keys in the package
You will need to remove 6 to turn the ring I would confirm with Nauticam how to do it before touching the housing

I remember that Alex said on his stall that he met some problem with this part (ring) in mounting chain
But he said that it was easy to solve (just remove the ring and flip it around)
