g'day
just wondering what the differences are in between the two on the "inside" apart from the chrome plated brass on the s600 classic.
do they differ in terms of flow rate, easy of breathing and the construction?
cheers

The S600T has titanium for more expense and less weight, there is no difference in terms of performance or ease of breathing.

From what I understand, there is no difference in the "working" parts of any of the 600's. The only differences are in the cosmetics.

I understand the classic has the old metal breathing tube instead of the composite one in the standard 600. Big Deal IMHO

The s600t or the aluminum version of the same reg are not recomended for high O2 mixtures. One or both have a coating which can react with oxygen and cause problems.

is the S600 Classic the "aluminum version" you are talking about? i only thought titanium ones react with high oxygen mixtures
cheers

No....

There is no difference between the classic and general S600 at all.
It is only a cosmetic matter. The classic version is SP 40th anniversary version. That's it! But, who cares!
