I see Dayo Scuba is advertising an SDI sidemount course now. Will there be a manual or other teaching materials coming from SDI?

Ron,
At the current time the Sidemount specialty is a Unique Specialty developed by an individual instructor. The instructor submits an outline for approval and upon approval is authorized to teach the specialty. The instructor may develop handouts or visual presentations to help support the program but at the current time SDI does not have plans to develop support materials for this specialty.
