I was given a bin of old gear, including this OMS-branded second (pictures attached). Does anyone recognize it? I couldn't even find similar regulators with the angled hose fitting.
Bonus points if there's a service manual and parts availability.

A look inside would be interesting, but this 2nd looks from its body and angled hose fitting exact like the Oasis-Magnum II 2nds from the early '90ties (SRB330-400-500).
The Exhaust Tee is different, it's fixed on the body, but the exhaust valve looks very similar in size and material.
OMSDIVE was founded in '91, in those times Sherwood was still producing regulators for different brands afaik, so could be that that 2nd is a Sherwood clone, so at least the technical parts should be easy to obtain.

The Oasis/Magnum IIs do indeed look very similar. The outlet portion here has some screw holes both facing the diver and sideways, so it could still mount a larger tee (though the screw holes aren't consistent with the diagrams in the user manual linked below)

I've had some trouble getting it open. It does look like the bezel is just twist-locked over a set of 4 lugs. I've tried putting a fair bit of torque on it, to no avail. If you've disassembled one, is there a hook or latch of some sort that I have to release? This user manual for some of the Oasis/Blizzard models suggests it should just be hand-turned.
It could also just be "old and glued together with gunk". Maybe some simple green soaked into the bezel-body gap will loosen it... will report back

After a spritz of degreaser and an hour of waiting, the bezel did come off. The front cover has a little tab that appears to have been broken during this disassembly (it was still pretty tight), but that can probably be chemically welded back in place.
Attached are some mostly-in-focus pictures of the regulator mechanism. At first glance, it appears to have some differences vs. the Sherwood internals, but that could just be "line drawings in the user manual don't represent the exact part shape".

Anyone have more input on what this could be? The Sherwood oasis is really close, but the internals don't look quite the same.

No idea on who made it but this type is pretty simple as far as servicing goes, you can make seats for them but once you measure it I would guess you can find one premade too. Until something hard breaks it should be useable.

Reach out to John Allen of Northeast Scuba Supply, hes got pre made service kits for many 2nd stages that use common size parts.
