I have just bought a D4I, are the Self Adhesive Scratch Guards worth buying. Do they really help to protect the screen. Don't want to buy just for the sake of buying it.

If you bought your D4i new, it should have came with 2 in the box, or at least mine did. Either way, yes they are worth putting on.

Yes, two should have came with your D4i, but if you do not have them they are definitely worth the money. They will protect your crystal from scratches, but I can not guarantee the crystal wont crack from a very bad hit.
