HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Women should definitely should both be and wear athletic supporters. Male divers can get by with a helmet, especially if it has a spike on top like Prussian Army gear.

Get two and lace them up as knee pads. They can be handy on some rocky exits.
