Hi all,
I shoot with a DC500 that I got at Christmas. All of the pics that are in my gallery on SB were shot with it. Further I post pics on line in a picture gallery and then in my blog.

About 20% of the shots and all of the more recent pics have been shot with a wide angle lens. I dont use a strobe as I shoot when I'm touring guests or occasionaly on Dive 4 or so with students. So the camera is stuffed into a pocket. All are shot with natural light and relitively shallow less than 60 feet. The water is usually very clear.
A couple of days ago I sent away for Alex Mustards new Magic Filter for Automatic point and shoot cameras... I'm really looking forward to working with the filter.
I process most of the pics with the "enhance" button in IPhoto... occasionally I work with an image using photoshop elements. Mostly I just click and post the shots for my guests pleasure.
In general I have been really pleased with the results.
Lately, I have been working on getting better "fish" pics. IE not fish tails... It takes paitents and I'm working so I have to stick to my real job... which is not taking photos.
I would say that photography... especially digital has really opened up another avenue for me. I have so much better understanding of the difficulties that real phot pros must have. I shoot just for my own pleasure and for my guests... so that they have a memento of the day out... or for my discover or o/w students their time underwater
