Please enjoy this video featuring the shrimp - goby symbiosis seen in tropical and sub-tropical oceans, where the shrimp provides a burrow to the goby in return for guard duties by the fish.

When a predator approaches the pair, the goby flees into the burrow very quickly. The shrimp notices that, and also stays inside. I managed to shoot an approach by a sandperch, followed by an escape of the goby in 240fps with a GoPro HERO6. Placing the GoPro so close to a subject is not ideal, though it somewhat worked in this case.

I am also quite excited about catching the eye-crest color change of a goby on video. As far as I know, the purpose of this color change is not understood.

Thanks for posting...they obviously enjoy dance trance music :)
