Forgive me if I'm being obtuse but unless that's a replica of A Lange & Söhne it is a highly valued watch. From what I understand Lange wathces are all mechanical (no crystal timekeeping) and pretty much all of them are made from gold or platinum.

Or am I missing your point?

What's wrong with it? The second hand on this watch is located in the dial in the lower-right quadrant. The hand pointing towards four o'clock is the power reserve indicator.
