Forgive me if I'm being obtuse but unless that's a replica of A Lange & Söhne it is a highly valued watch. From what I understand Lange wathces are all mechanical (no crystal timekeeping) and pretty much all of them are made from gold or platinum.

What's wrong with it? The second hand on this watch is located in the dial in the lower-right quadrant. The hand pointing towards four o'clock is the power reserve indicator.

Check the reflection of the photographer on the bezel at the bottom to see how the seller was "dressed" while taking the picture...
