I have read rave reviews about the Solomons but it is always in reference to liveaboards. Anyone out there feel like commenting on land based diving in the Solomons? Would much appreciate.

I happened to read a favorable review of of one today in "Undercurrents"

I've seriously looked at going last year doing both land based and a LOB....but after talking to people who have dove areas like Palau and Raja Ampat....They said the marine life lacks in the Solomons in comparison to Raja or Palau due to the commercial fishing.....thus I passed.
