After a deep dive, the reg appeared to breath hard with a spitting sound or feeling in the reg. I inspected it and noticed the filter was loose between the moving orafice and clip. After a shallow dive the filter actually turned sideways in the firs stage. Can't figure it out. Did the filter get squished (made thinner) or something to make it loose.
This happened 6 months after an overhaul. Back in the shop again for another overhaul (not taking any chances).
