From what I understand, my YS-01 strobe has an o-ring (blue) that must be lubricated with a certain type of grease (that was included). If I use any other kind of o-ring lubrication, this blue o-ring could disintegrate. Is this true?
I find it quite a hassle to make certain that my housing o-ring's lube does not touch my blue o-ring. If the lube does indeed matter, can I switch out the blue o-ring for a more standard one so I can have a less error-prone maintenance work flow?
