Good news - I found this post on the Spyderco forum by Sal from earlier today -
"Scheduled to deliver before the end of the year are the;
Aqua salt - Small fixed blade, 5" H1 blade, FRN handle, FRN sheath, plain or serrated, black or yellow handle.
Caspian Salt - Skeletonized Dive model, 3" H1 combination edge, Perrin finger hole, FRN scale, FRN sheath, sharp tip or blunt tip models."
Looks like the wait is gonna be over soon. Just in time for Christmas!!

I have a folding pacific salt, which has lived in my BC through 100 dives with little or no maintenance, and is amazingly rustfree and sharp. I'd love a fixed blade version.
If we can get a group discount, count me in!

Soooo, where are they?? Still at Spyderco waiting to be shipped to retailers? Does anyone know what retailers are going to carry them?
