Columbia Scuba is heading north to dive the famous Thousands Islands!
We will be diving the American side of the river on Friday on the wrecks of the Keystorm and the America. This charter is separate from our weekend charter and cost will be split evenly amongst the divers going.
Saturday and Sunday we will be diving out of Brockville, Ontario. We are doing 3 dives on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Lunch will be served onboard, and drinks are included as well. Cost is $310.
The end of July is the most popular time to dive the St. Lawrence River. Water temps are at their warmest of the season, 72-75 degrees. Visibility runs between 50-100 feet.
We are on the largest boat on the river. Although the boat holds 22 divers, we are only selling 12 spots. You will have plenty of room! There is a sun deck and an indoor lobby as well. Private marine head also on board.
Although tec gear is welcome (3 ccr divers are signed up), this is a recreational trip. We will not be doing double splashes on the same wrecks so as a courtesy to the other divers we are limiting run times to light deco only.
Lodging is at the Chalet Cabins in Brockville. Cabins run about $90 a night, double occupancy.
If you are interested please call Columbia Scuba (410) 381-1994 for more details. You can also email diving@columbiascuba.com for more info.
I hope you can join us for an extended weekend of some of the best wreck diving in the world during the most popular weekend!
